A Port Townsend man and his Port Hadlock and Bremerton passengers died when their northbound vehicle left State Route 19 and hit a tree about 4 a.m. Monday morning Nov. 11, according to Washington State Patrol. The collision closed SR 19 outside the airport at milepost 12 for several hours Monday morning as the Washington State Patrol investigated. The cause of the crash has not yet been determined. Killed in the crash were Cameron R. Davis, 20, of Port Townsend, who was driving and Lillimarie Genaw, 21, of Port Hadlock and 18-year-old Gabriel C. Mills of Bremerton. Washington State Patrol reported Davis and Genaw were wearing seatbelts and Mills was not. All three were reported dead at the scene. According to the State Patrol's initial report, the vehicle was northbound and left the road, striking a tree. Drivers were detoured down Four Corners Road to SR 20 or South Discovery Road while the highway was closed from 5:34 a.m. to 11:15 am.
