An optional cafeteria-style lunch (soup, salad and sandwich $15) is available beginning at 11:30 a.m. The meeting begins at noon and wraps up promptly at 1 p.m. Speaker “Doc” Riess, a member of the Nor’wester Rotary Club of Port Angeles, will provide the background to his ongoing efforts in this area to sponsor the development of a Rotary International grant to help provide sanitary facilities for families in the African country of Togo.
