I have a plan which I think will work to overturn the mind-numbingly stupid SCOTUS Roe decision.
1. Every woman who experiences any form of governmental intervention in her pregnancy or her pregnancy management will be required to provide the name of the man who impregnated her and he will be liable for equal interventions and potential prosecution.
2. Every child who is born to a woman who wanted an abortion is to be swaddled and delivered to the doorstep of any of that woman’s state or federal senators, representatives, or judges. Alternatively, the child can be delivered to the doorstep of anyone or any organization that the mother feels should care for the child.
3. Every woman who gives birth to an unwanted child, and who keeps the child, is to receive monthly state/federal financial aid commensurate with full time employment at three times the minimum wage rate, and including medical and retirement benefits.
4. Women of conscience across the nation are to deny all sexual relations with their spouses, partners, or whoever, so that pregnancy cannot possibly occur.
5. A recognition that, if men were the ones to get pregnant, be vulnerable to all the attendant risks, deliver, and then care for all their children, abortion would become a sacred right enshrined in the Constitution.
